SHIPPING POLICY
To make your shopping experience with Turbo Threads seamless, we've put together important shipping details that will guide you through the process.

Order Processing
At Turbo Threads, we prioritise getting your orders to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed between Monday to Friday and are dispatched within 3 business days once your order has been placed.

Shipping Partners
Rest easy knowing that your orders are well taken care of. We collaborate closely with Australia Post and their dependable network of shipping partners.

Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with your shipment's tracking information. 

Shipping Within Australia
For our Australian-based customers, all orders over $150 will receive free shipping. For orders under $150, we've set a flat shipping rate of $10. Following dispatch, you can expect your order to arrive within 2 to 8 business days depending on your location. 

International Shipping
We offer international shipping options as well. The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your location and preferences. International orders are expected to arrive within 6 to 27 days from dispatch, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. Customs and Duties
For international orders, it's important to be aware that customs policies and import duties can vary widely from country to country. Unfortunately, the payment of any applicable duties and taxes upon the arrival of your order is beyond our control. Please be prepared for this possibility and familiarise yourself with your country's specific import regulations.

Delays During Busy Periods
During busy periods, such as holidays and sale events, delays in order processing and shipping may occur due to the high volume of orders. While we always strive to maintain our fast processing times, we kindly ask for your understanding if your order takes slightly longer to reach you during these times.
